In tho Houso of Commons, Sir William Cotts suggested that a party of members of tho Houso of Commons should visit the Dominions to watch the satisfactory settlement of immigrants. The Hon. W. G. A. Ormsby Gore promised to bear the suggestion in mind, but was of tho opinion that it was doubtful whether such a step was desirable. He added that every effort was being made to obtain full information regarding the process of settlement.
