Letters submitted to the Editor for publication must be written in ink, on one side of the oaper only, and writers must send their full names and addresses in detail, whether it be intended that .these shall bo printed or nos. Correspondents must say distinctly whether or not their letters are being) or have been submitted to other journals. The Editor cannot undertake to return or to preserve any letter which tor any reason is unsuitable for publication, to acknowledge unsuitable letters (although this will bo done where it appears to be necessary), or to enter into any correspondence concerning letters submitted for his consideration.
