TO-NIGHT'S CONCERT IN THE CHORAL HALL.
As the t«et of the talent in nil the Christchurch schools ha 3 teen drawn upon for the two Choral Hall concerts —to-night and to-mcrrow night—the programme suou.d be of unusual merit. Nearly ervery one of the large schools is capable of putting on a splendid concert. This tirco tho programme will be-contributed by the best irom each. There will be vocal solos and ducts, Scotch dancing, recitations, eketchts, and school choirs, and a delightful two hours should be the outcome. The proceeds go to assist in defraying the expenses of the Chatham Island children, who are to arrive m Christchurch next month —their first opportunity oS "seeing a city.
