The "Petit Pnnsien" says it lis now certain that Mr Bonar Law, M. Poincare (France)) Signor Mussolini (Italy), and M. Theunis (Belgium) will confer in London, to see whether a reparation agreement is possible, or if the Brussels Conference ought to be abandoned.
