At the Supreme Court at' Wanganui Mir, Justice Chapman dealt \tfith a numl>er of motions for discharge in bankruptcy, including that of Charles E. JMackay. It was stated that there were sufficient funds realised in bankrupt's ©state to pay all moneys in regard to his trust* account, and also !2s 2d in the £ for ordinary creditors. His Honour said the circumstances were somewhat peculiar in this case. The misconduct for which the bankrupt was now suffering did not eeem to have had anything to do with the dealings with his creditors. 'He could see no reason why the discharge should not be granted.
