NEW PLYMOUTH SESSIONS.
(press association telegram;.) NEW PLYMOUTH, November 29. At the Supremo Court, Jamas Wortley Glenn, at present serving a sentence, was sentenced £o three years' reformative treatment .for breaking and entering and theft. James Elliott was admitted to probation for eighteen months for theft. Alexander Spence was acquitted on a charge of perjury, and Geo. .Ferguson was acquited on a charge of alleged forgery.
