Mr Leslie Urquhart (chairman, of the Russo-Asiatic Consolidated, Ltd.), admits that he has negotiated an agreement with Krupp's, under which a number of British firms wjll furnish threequarters of the capital required', amounting to several millions, for the exploitation of Krupp's concessions in Russia.
