SERBIAN ROYAL FAMILY.

The long dispute between King Alexander and his brother, Prince George, has been satisfactorily closed. The latter has written to the King expressing regret for his offensive conduct, and Asks the King to forget tho past. . It is understood that Prince George's allowance will: be increased and be will be allowed to live in Belgrade; ( A message froirf Belgrade on August 19th snid the (Government hod decided to strip Prinoei Georga of all the privileges "or the Royal House, aiui had prohibited his entering tho Royal properties. Prince: George'.' wKo abdicated in 1909, returned recently from abroad, oausing trouble. He claimed to be the - direct neir to the throne, as Alexander, who was recently married, has no eon. Prince (George complaiped in the newspapers that the allowance the Government granted him was insufficient for his exalted station. The Government's reply wasi that the income was sufficiently liberal. Prince Goorgo's behaviour was not what might be expected from :a Soyal Prince, and the Government warned him that if he persisted in hia present course it would be compelled to take action against him. Prince George replied that be would not be iritimidited, and demanded to know what provision his father, King Peter, mode for him. _ It was rumoured thai) King Peter's will disappeared after his dksatn. A later message said the King decreed that his elder brother, Prinoe George, should' be deprived of all Communication with the Royal House for twenty months, and must reside at Niah. under surveillance.]
