The Supreme Court confirmed the rigorous sentences of the Philippine High Court condemning eleven 'members of the Philippine Constabulary to death, and sixy-six to life imprisonment in chains. The prisoners escaped after incarceration,- but were recaptured. The Court then increased the sentences to the limit allowed by law.'
