In addition, so far as is possible, encores will include those items that have been specially requested, and to facilitate this the Maestro, bignor Casolari, will have m readintss a compilation of extra numbers, from which will be drawn those selected by popular lavour. This inclusion 01 popular p.ebi-scite numbers in return season in Australia was a huge and satisijing euccess to everyone concerned, and there is no question or doubt that a similar success will mark the innovation in the first,Aew Zealand return season next week. . Tho3e desirous of hearing iavourite numbers should post their requests to the manner of the Iheatre Royal, Christchurch, as early 'as possible. The management, who generously nxed the price of admission so that all classes would have an opportunity of healing this incomparable organisation of solo and choral singers, were greatly disturbed at the numbers who were unable to gain admission to the popular-priced seats during the recent visit, and to avert disappointment during the forthcoming season o. io':r nights and one matinee, 'commencing on Wednesday nest, the Theatre Royal has been specially acquired on account of its greater capacity. The box plans for the full season will be ODened at The Bristol on Saturday morning, and seats may be reserved at the advertised rate without any extra charge.
