Sylvester O'Reilly has beeen committed for trial on a charge of murdering McLennon, whose body was <found in Centennial Park on October 4th> The police gave evidence that O'Reilly vraa in the company of McLennon on the day of the tragedy and that the blood-stained bottle found near the body bore his finger prints.
