Tchitcherin informed the AURussia Executive that the question of the de jure recognition of the Soviet Government would be raised at Lausanne by the Powers interested in ■EussiaU markets. The Soviet Government appears to be ready to accept the Powers' conditions .provided they do not infringe Russia's sovereignty, and dp not interfere with her economic Tegime.' .
