DUNEDIN BRASS BAND CONTEST.
A Bxwjb Band Contest wiil be held in Dunedin from February 19th to 24th, 1923, and everything .points- to it being one of the largest contests held in the Dominion. Over £I2OO has been offcrtd in prize money, which should attract a large entry. The. A Grfie contest, open to A Grade Bands, consists of two teat selections, and £SBO is to bo distributed in pri?.e ' money. Tho B Grade Contest consists of one teat and one own choice selection-,, and £270 is to be distributed in prize 1 money. A special content, op-en to A and B Grade Bar/ls, own choice selection, j fl sl ! so feeing held on this occasion, and £BS is to be distributed in prize !n ?ney. I«'or the Quickstep Contest, £l6O wi.l be distributed in prize money.
