FAILING TO DELIVER LETTERS.
(PKESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) TIMAKU, june 22. James G. Byron, a postal messenger engaged in tlie Timaru Post Otteo, pleaded guilty to a series of charges of failing to deliver letters on liis round. No attempt was made to interfere with the contents of the packets. Accused was committed to the Supreme Court at Timaru for senttnee.
