ROBBERIES IN SYDNEY.

The police have recently beon successfully busy in tracking down the perpetrators of city warehouse robberies. On Saturday evening three detectives were returning in a car with a prisoner, at whoso house they discovered 30,000 cartridges and two guns, when they saw men removing cloth from tho rear of Craig's tailoring premises in ' Sussex street into a motor. Leaving their car and prisoner in charge of the driver, the detectives rushed the robbers, and secured two. They captured a third nfter a long chase, in which they twice fired upon the fugitive. They secured £IOOO "worth of goods which the robbers had got ready for removal.
