BURGESSES' ASSOCIAThe monthly meeting; of the "Addington Burgesses' AaaociatiOn was well attended, and the president (Mr F. Mathieson) presided. One neV member-was elected. The Social' Committee reported haying held .three'' socials, this winter, all of whioh have been succesfaul, both socially and' financially.•
