There is to he a spell of raging, tearing propaganda,, and a German publicity expert, Dr. Knutb, has been telling the German Press all about it. Information bureaux are to bo set up abroad; travel periodicals, telling- 7 the -visitor how to see Germanywill bo published and dis-' tributed ,brcadc&st|'' the' >vo:rld's railway stations ;.:Ayill be plastered with posters tlje ■ 'Fatherland's beauty spots-'j thefe will be trials, with lectures, and ', exhibitions -jWhich encourage visi-tors-will he supported. Colossal • propaganda films . will be prepared for every cinema that will show them; the athletic youth of the world will' be tempted by Olympic Games; there will Ijo wonderful gala theatre and opera performances. In addition, the' best theatrical companies and concert parties will be sent abroad to all ''culture States." "The chief tiling," declared Dr. Knuth, "is kultur-propaganda. We want to show the, world what treasures in feultur, what seats of learning, what scenic beauties, what magnificent watering plares are to. be found in the Geirman Fatherland.
