(rBBSS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAMS.) FEILDING, May 10. The Prime Minister officially opened the new Agricultural High Scnool here to-day. He said the Government last year spent £3,400,000 on education, but he did not know if they could keep that up. Referring to agriculture, he stressed the importance of Nauru Island phosphates. Last year New Zealand imported 20,000 tons, while Australia took 200,0u« tons. This year New Zealand might take 90,000 tens, and he urged that the Dominion should absorb 100,000 tons yearly, in order to encourage an increase of the exports of the products-of the land. Our exports last year were valued at £43,000,000; this must be increased.
