RIFLE SHOOTING.

CHAMPION TEAMS' MATCH.

A Champion Teams' Match, between teams of the Christchurch, Kaiapoi, Rangiora, and Scargill Rifle Clubs, was fired at Kaiapoi on Saturday afternoon, the conditions being; teams of five man, with seven shots at 300, £OO, and 600 yards. The weather conditions were very unfavourable, a strong north-wester blowing at'the commencement of the match, and a southerly gale at the finish. The Chrifitchurch Rifle Club team woro the winners' with 463 points. The scores were as j follows:
