A smoke concert was held recently at Te Ktuti, for which.* thirty gallons of heww*re provided. The charge for admission to the concert, was five shillings. The Magistrate has fined the two men who ordered the beer a' stun of £2 lQa each, holding that it was in effect a. sale of beer to persona at the entertainwant. :i:- . ■ ,:
