At the Centenary Show of the Royal Agricultural Society of New South ; Wales, in the class for Jersey bulls, one year and under two years, the Department of Agriculture's Aster's Diamond King, which was recently imported from New Zealand, took first prize. Mr Tapp, secretary of the hew Zealand Jersey Breeders' Association, who was the judge, said that the breed exhibited hardly reached the New Zealand standard, but, excepting several instances, the yearlings were as good as any he had seen this year. Features of the show are that the State and the districts' are reflecting the good' season. The former has an instructive display of the results of exhaustive experimenting; m plant development and breeding. In order to mark its centenary, the Society is awarding a silver medal to every'champion, a bronze medal to the resorwe champion in various sections, and special cups and trophies befitting the occasion. Mr Stirton's Cetigrae was awarded the blood stallion championship.
