Wear, Greig, and Thoman The headm-ioter reported that the average attendance {or the quaiter wa3 711, out of a roll number of 775. Mies Wtide and Mr Sax by had completed their D certificates, and had gone to the Training College, iirs Sullivan and Mass Walker had completed three groups of D, while Miss Hayward and Mr Smith had gained partial D certificates. T. Josephs was the first holder of the John Murray Bonn Memorial Cup. It waa decided that a sum be granted for swimming prizes, and that a medal be given to each of the , champions. A vote of tlianks was passed to an anonymous donor of a swimming prize for girle. Mr R 6. Wealleana, winner of' Colonial Institute essay, was congratulated on his 6UCCCT93 A vote of sympathy was - passed with Miss Beck, in the death of her brother. The visiting committee were authorised to procure a suitable couch for the school. The chairman intimated that he was leaving Addington at an early, date, and wished to hjp? position. He 'tad been a member of the committee almost continuously for ~ twenty year 3. It was n.srreed that Mr Woodfield, if posible, should retain his ..position -until the householders' mooting on April 12th.
