I MANSLATiaHTEE CHAEGE.. At_ the inquest on the Illegitimate male child of. Lucy Pope, an unmarried woman, aged twehty-twoj which was found under its mother's bed' in the Waverley Hotel on November Wth, the Coroner, Mr S. E. McCarthy, returned a verdict that death was due to neglect on the part of the, mother. In consequence of" this, Miss Pope, who /re at present staying in the Essex Home, will ba charged at the Magistrate's [ Court on December 14th with manslaughter.
