By a decision of the Swiss High Court a fin© imposed by the Zurich Magistrates on a Christian Scientist for violation of the medicine law has been quashed, the Court having decided that healing by prayer belongs to the domain or religious belief, the liberty of which is guaranteed by the Constitution.
