The long-standing dispute between Poland and Lithuania about the possession of Vilna ia again assuming ugly appearanoes. The Polish general, Zeligowsky, who seized Vilna, is resigning, but the change is merely nominal. The Poles are determined to hold an election for a Constituent Assembly, which the Lithuanians violently resent while the questions of the disposal of Vilna is still under consideration by the League of Nations, and the country under military terrorism. Zoligowsky is surrendering his power in Central Lithuania to Meyszstowicz, an exmember of the Petrograd Council of State.
