BOMBS IN JAPAN.
POUOE ARRESTING SUSPECTS. TOKYO, November 30. An explosion, believed to have been caused by a bomb, occurred close to the Tokyo railway station just prior to the arrival of Prince Saionji yesterday. This, followed by news of a recent explosion of a bomb at the gate of tho country villa of Baron Sumitomo, a millionaire, in which the Baron's motor was missed, but a pedlar's cart following it blown to atoms, is causing uneasiness. The police are gathering in many Radical suspects, including the Russian-born British subject Boris Grey, a recent arrival from Shanghai, who is accused of distributing Soviet funds. The Regent lias sent a message to the Genro {Elder Statesmen) asking them to help him, as they helped his father and his grandfather. This disposes of the supposition that the fctenro system is lapsing.
