(rBESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, December 1. The following have been appointed by the Government members of the National War Funds Council, for the purpose of administering the War Funds Act, 1915:—Henry Gunson and Victor Larner (Auckland), Edward Williams (Hastings), Hugh Morrison (Masterton), Henry Holland (Ghristehurch), James Clark (Dunedin) John Gilkiuson (Invercargill). Hon. William Snodgrass (Nelson), Walter Bethune Leonard Tripp Robert Aldrich, and Sir John Luke (Wellington).
