■Wing-Commander Martin TV. Exhale to the fullest extent, carrying the arms to the side. Repeat five times. Turning down the bedclothes *aise the body five times. Clasping tho hands behiud the head, raisethe leg? as far as possible five times. One will then be ready to get out of bed.
