The population, according to the 1920 census, is as follows: Manhattan. 2,284,103; Bronx. 732.016; Brooklyn, 2,018,356: Richmond, 116,531: Queens, 469,042. Total, 5,620,048. Other large Americaln cities are: Chicago, 2,701,212; Detroit, 993.678; St. Xiouis, 773,000; Cleveland, 796,836: Baltimore. 733,826: Boston, 747,923; Pittsburgh, 588,193; Los Angeies, 575,480; San Francisco, 508j410; Washington (capital), 437.670. Other large cities of tho world are: Berlin, 1,900,000; Buenos Aires, 1,637,000: Calcutta, 1,222,000; Glasgow, 1,1117428; Mexico City 1,000,000; Osaku T Japan), 1,500,000; Paris, 3,300,000; Rio de Janeiro, 1,200,000; Shanghai 1,100.000; Tokyo, 2,400,000; Vienna, 2,400,000.
