Dr. Walter Rathenau, German Minister of Reconstruction, and Herr von Simons, formerly Minister of Foreign Affairs, have arrived in London on an unknown mission. (Received November 29th, 7.35 p.m.) BERLIN, November 29. Herr Hugo Stinnes, who has returned from Loudon, attended a meeting of the Foreign Affairs Commission. He was pressed to state the purpose and result of his visit to England, but refused to comply, saying he went to London solely privately. The Chancellor (Dr. J. Wirth) likewise refused to reveal the secret.
