The unused portions are sown in grass,, and there lias been created'a friendly rivalry among residents in making the sidewalks beauty spots. They cut the gijass opposite their sections regularly, and cultivate miniature flower gardens. The citizens' efforts are respected, and the blooms are not interfered with. -
