The matter of prohibiting .all vehicular traffic from using that part or Colombo street from Cathedral square' to Hereford street between 7 p.m. and | 9.15 p.m. on Fridays, was considered by the City Council last night. The Bylaws Committee reported that the Tramo Committee had asked for a bylaw authorising the prohibition,, but the committee had decided to grant the authority by regulation, which would come into force on Friday of this week.
