Sir, —Amongst all the candidates offering their services for the new Board, I can see no" one more likely to bo useful to "the ratepayers, passengers, and employees than Mr JoW Wood. He has many years of godd tramway service in to his credit, and has ample time at his rdisposal: to looft into the business matters, besides attending board meetings, and we can ill afford to lose him.—Yours, etc.; R.
