WHAT MAKES, DIAMONDS COSTLY? HOW "DQ SAVE 25 PER CENT. One of the principal factors operating +o make diamond rings costly is the terrific overhead expense of the average city jeweller. The. overhead expenses of most city or main street jewellers is said to be in the region of 33 1-3 per cent.
