OrriOIAL OPENING TO-NIGHT. The Olympia Motor Carnival will b« officially opened, to-night at 8 o'clock in the King Edward Barracks, Cashel street, by the Mayor. Admission can be secured from 6 p.m. It is claimed that this year'a Carat val will easily oolipse either of its predecessors in every way. The briUienqF from the lighting effects will be minified.
