VERDICT OF MURDER AND SUICIDE. (By Cable—Press Association—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) • LONDON, November 3. The Coroner's verdict on the Streatham tragedy was that Coates murdered the other three and then committed suicide. Coates, in a letter to his brother, said: —"Things are dead against me. I have no alternative. I am without funds, which have been spent in litigation. There is nothing but to put an end to it. I am taking them with me. Ido it, not in spite, but in love."
