GENERAL COMMITTEE. The General Committee of the Canterbury Brunch of the Navy League met last night. Present—Mr H. J. Mariiner (chairman), Meadam«s Wilson, Barker, and Robinson, Mlsees Sanders and Macbeth, Messrs C. E. B"evanBrown, T. H. Foster, A. Ferguson, and Professor Blunt. The financial statement showed' that tho balance at tho bank was £6O 4a 6d. Receipts totalled £33 18s, and the expenditure was £B2 19s 2d.
