NAVY LEAGUE.
GENERAL COMMITTEE. The General Committee of the Canterbury Brunch of the Navy League met last night. Present—Mr H. J. Mariiner (chairman), Meadam«s Wilson, Barker, and Robinson, Mlsees Sanders and Macbeth, Messrs C. E. B"evanBrown, T. H. Foster, A. Ferguson, and Professor Blunt. The financial statement showed' that tho balance at tho bank was £6O 4a 6d. Receipts totalled £33 18s, and the expenditure was £B2 19s 2d. Credit at the Bank of New .Zealand was £lO 18s 3d, at the Post Office bavin»6 Bank (general fund) £556 5a is, at the Post Office Savings Bank (sea training fund) £34 6s Id, and at tho suspense account £1 10s, making a total credit of £662 16# 7d.
