The British Columbia Legislature unanimously adopted a resolution asking the Canadian Government to abrogate the Anglo-Japanese Treaty eo far as Canada is concerned. It was aUo resolved to ask the' Ottawa Government -to amend the Immigration Act Bo to bar totally the immigration of Asiatics. RESTRICTION OP ASIATIC IMMIGRATION. (Received November 3rd, 9.10 p.m.) VICTORIA, 8.C., Novem'ber 2. The Legislature passed a resolution asking the Dominion Government to restrict Asiatic immigration in regard to British Columbia. The resolution stated it was the desire of the people Ilhat the province be preserved for people of the European rooe.
