ME JUSTICE SIM TO HOLD

ENQUIRY.

(FBKSS ASSOCIATION TfUtGRAH.) WELLINGTON, October 10.

The Minister of Industries and Commerce has announced that Cabinet has deeded to appoint tho Acting-Chief Justice, Mr Justice Sim, as Commissioner to enquire into the charges made by Mr R. Masters, M.P. for Stratford, in the House of Representative* recently in regard to the operations of an alleged cement trust. The order of reference is not yet available, and no date for the sitting of the Commission has been fixed.
