GERMANY AND FRANCE.
LTJDENDOBFF'S VIEW. PARIS, October 6. General Ludendorf, interviewed; said it was quite possible to establish a lasting agreement between Germany and France, on condition the two nations came to an arrangement whjch was as much in the interests of Germany as of France; French policy since the war naa strengthened the German conviction that France waa determined to Germany completely. This explained the ever-growing animosity o» a largo number of Germans towards France. This animosity would disappear , the moment the French Government resolved to modify the.policy directed a«wast Germany.
