Four tenders were received for the removal of tho old' library building, Dover street, and the City Council accepted that of E. Hi. Hulston at £7B, it being the highest, . All the table potatoes grown in Elmwood Park have either been sold or distributed for charitable purposes in accordance with the resolution passed by the Council at its last meeting.
