AOTION BY GOVEENMENT. (By Cable—Press Atsociahon—Copyright.; (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, August 10. After a vigorous Press campaign against the Government's decision to auction Runnymede meadows, on which King John and the barons camped prior to the signature of the Magna Charta, Sir A. G. Boscawen, replying to a question in the House of Commons, announced that he was taking action to prevent the sale.
