On his arrival by the Maori on Saturday morning the Governor-General, Vieccrunt Jeilicoe, inspected the Lrttelton troop of Sea Scouts. It was intended that the inspection ehould take place at the Drill Hall, but owing to the late arrival of the steamer tb» Railway Recreation Hall was selected for the parade, to save time. His Excellence expressed surprise at the high state of efficiency shown by the troop, and gave a short sddresa to the boys. WATERSIDE "WORKERS' UNION.
