POLES CELEBRATE VICTORY.

"Warsaw reports state that the result of tho Suesian plebiscite was celebrated in Warsaw as a great Polish victory. |The capital was gaily beflagged and bannered, and processions, Beaded by bandp, marched through tho streetf: * The rapid rise in tho Polish mark OH the Berlin, Bourse is regarded as, absolute proof that the Poles were really successful. It is reported that the plebiscite commissioners on both sides, who are submitting their views regarding tho proper frontier of Korfanty, lost no time in submitting a radical demarcation, which includes ijhe coal area and also the important railway junction of Vossowska.
It is reported that the Allios have entrusted Poland with a mandate to occupy Upper Silesia in the event of Germany placing organisers on tha demarcation line during the plebiscite with the object of provoking civil war.
