UNREST IN INDIA.
SERIOUS RIOTING. , (By Cabl«—Prcaa Association—opyrighi) (Australian and N.!4. Cable Associativa,' DELHI, March 23. Rioting is again reported at Rai Bareli. A crowd of several thousand attacked the police, the trouble extending over the whole ni°;ht. After arresting some well-known agitators, the police were twice compelled to fire. The total casualties were four killed and 12 wounded. Order was restored later.
