Brit'eh' Genoral Electric Co., £IO9O 2s 7d; hard drawn copper wire and cable, 335. miles, Carrick, Wedderspoou and Co. £7027 103; insailators, Redpath and Son,. £250- transformers, Carrick, Wedderapoon and Co., £2480 I2a 6d. The total cost of materials ordered was £18,752 5s 2d. At a special meeting of the Board by-laws dealing with (installation work and application for supply were pa«eed. It was agreed that tho Works ■Committee should go into the question of lay-out of buildings, on tho Board's newly >icquirod soctftm adjoining Lecsibn Town •Hall.
