R, Chudleigh, to SELL by PUBLIC AUCTION, in their Land Sale Rooms, corner of Cashel and Alndns streets, Christchurch* on WEDNESDAY, April Cth, 1921, at 12 o'clock (noon) th:>t magnificent property situated at Chatham Islands known as "Wharekauri," containing Ten Thousand Acres of Freehold, together with all live and dead sto:k, the property of the Estate, the stock including some 6000 to 7000 sheep and some cattle, exact particulars of which will be supplied later.' The Freehold is not at present properly fenced, and the live stock also run on the adjoining land, for v.hich tho Vendor has paid tho sum of £l5O per annum.
