OOMPITLSOEY WINDING UP OP ESTATE. (By Cable—Press AMociation*-Copjrlglit.) (Australian and N.Z. Cab.a Associativa* (Received March 23rd. 8.15 p .in.) LONDON, March 23. The compulsory winding-up of Sir Thomas Beecham s estate nas been ordered. Counsel for the petitioning creditors said he had met nothing but obstruction from the officials of the Beecham Opera Company. Their examination, and that of Sir Thomas Beecham was necessary, to ascertaiu what had become of the assets. Sir Thomas Beecham's affidavit did not give his address, and a good many people, would like to know where he was, as a receiving order had been made against him, therefore a compulsory order was necessary.
