The Polienia and the Katoa. are both, to loa-d coal at Westport this week for Lyttolton. The latter vessel will discharge the balance of her cargo at Timaru. The Flora is to be docked at Port_ Chalmers to-day for hull inspection, following 1 on a slight mishap which occurred to the vessel a ehort time ago in. the French Pass. She is expected to arrive at Lyttolton. on Sunday next to load for Nelson and Now Plymouth; Mr E. Wittson, chief officer of the Wahine, bas signed off that vessel. The Hahia is to leave Lyttelton to-day for London, via Monte Video. The Virgilia and the Port Kembla a.re to leave here to-day for Duncdin and Napier respectively. TIMBER SHIPMENTS. The Orepuki is duo here to-morrow from Gioymouth-with a full load of timber. The Kaleapo is to load timber a ; t Greymouth this week for rryttelton and Timaru. The Kifctawn, is to leave hero on Saturday for G-reymouth to load another cargo of timber for "Lyttelton. The Ngakuta (should be here early next) week with a full caigo of timber from K«ipars. N.Z.
