Green and Co., Ltd., at Addinrion, on November 20th. and stealing therefrom hams valued at £120 Bs. On Senior-Detectivo Cameron's application, a remand was granted till December 22nd. Bail was refused. William Gilbert Eldred (Mr Malley) charged with the theft of a cycle, valued at £7, the property of John Anderson was remanded 'till Friday. Bail was allowed, self in £ IUO and two sureties of £50 each. • DISMISSED. Leslie Randall Deans' (Mr Malley) was charged with the theft of a roller towel, valued at 7s Gd, the property of the Railway Department. He pleaded not gui-ty, and elected to be dealt with summarily. After hearing the evidence, his Worship dismissed the information. MAINTENANCE. Convicted of disobedience qf a, maintenance older, "William Feron was sentenced to twenty-one days' imprisonment, warrant not to be issued till applied for. _ ~ r JOn similar charges, Leone Dominica, Serra was convicted and sentenced to four months imprisonment, and Robert Wilson to one month's imprisonment, warrants not to De issued till applied for. Eugene McCormack, who made no appearance, was adjudged the putative father of an illegitimate female cih'.d, and was ordered to pay 12s 6d weekly, and to pay nursing and doctor's fees £21 2s, and past maintenance £9 7s 6d.
